Solltet Ihr Arrecife in der Siesta besuchen, so werden nur wenige Gesch\u00e4fte f\u00fcr Euch ge\u00f6ffnet haben. Betriebssam wird es hier auf der Einkaufsmeile Calle Leon, erst wieder nach Ende der Siesta gegen 17 Uhr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hren da nicht die mittlerweile vielen Kreuzfahrtschiffe, deren Menschenmassen sich auch w\u00e4hrend dieser Siesta \u00fcberfallartig \u00fcber die Stadt ergie\u00dfen, so k\u00f6nnte diese kleine Hauptstadt ihren ihr \u00fcblichen Gleichtakt noch \u00fcber Jahrhunderte fortsetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Arrecife leben mit 60.000 Einwohner die meisten Einheimischen.  Sobald die Gesch\u00e4fte schlie\u00dfen, verbringt man hier in der Hauptstadt den Abend entweder in den kleinen Tapas Bars um den Charco de San Gines, oder an der Promenade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Ihr Arrecife besucht, dann macht auch einen Abstecher zum Wochenmarkt La Recova. Er liegt in der Calle de la Liebre nahe der Kirche San Gines. In den alten  Markthallen von Arrecife werden Obst, Gem\u00fcse, Wein, K\u00e4se und Wurst, sowie Geb\u00e4ck und Brot angeboten.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die vielen &#8220;fliegenden&#8221; H\u00e4ndler haben sich nat\u00fcrlich auf die Kreuzfahrttouristen eingestellt und bieten auf der S\u00fcdseite des Charco, der entlang der Avenida Cesar Manrique f\u00fchrt, an ihren St\u00e4nden ihre \u00fcblichen Produkte f\u00fcr Touristen an, wie Lederartikel, Kleidung und Kinderspielzeug.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besucht vor Eurer Weiterreise eine der Tapas Bars am Charco.
