F\u00fcr jeden Weingeschmack findet sich in einer der drei Bodegas immer etwas. Interessant ist auch zu erfahren, wie der Lanzarote Wein angebaut wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So wie  auf Lanzarote die langen Vulkanausbr\u00fcche im 18. Jahrhundert  die Landwirtschaft fast vollst\u00e4ndig zerst\u00f6rt haben, tr\u00e4gt heute die von den Vulkanen ausgesto\u00dfene Asche zu einer besonderen Form der Erzeugung landwirtschaftlicher Produkte bei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Lanzarotenos haben entdeckt, dass diese Asche, die hier auch Lapili genannt wird, \u00fcber Nacht die vom Atlantik kommende Feuchtigkeit speichert und dann am Tag langsam an den Erdboden abgibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Art des Trockenfeldbaus mit Vulkanasche gibt es nur hier auf Lanzarote. Die auf Lanzarote angebaute Weinsorte Malvasia kann zudem, mit dieser kargen Landschaft hervorragend kooperieren und es entstehen sehr gute Weine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/casamango.holiday\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMGP0665-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-319\" srcset=\"https:\/\/casamango.holiday\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMGP0665-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/casamango.holiday\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMGP0665-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/casamango.holiday\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMGP0665-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein einzelner Weinstock w\u00e4chst in bis zu 4 Metern gro\u00dfen Erdtrichtern. Die Erdtrichter sind zur Hauptwindrichtung mit einem Lavasteinwall gesch\u00fctzt. Diese nat\u00fcrliche Art des Weinanbau, kommt zumeist ohne Insektizide oder  Fungizide aus. Der auf diese Art erzeugte Wein kann meistens auch unter Bio Label vermarktet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besucht eine der Bodegas und \u00fcberzeugt Euch von der Qualit\u00e4t des Weins.
